| All posts and railings come pre-drilled and pre-assembled so the owner just has to insert railing sections and secure with the hardware we provide. Our Mortise and Tenon Style stairway comes fully assembled for less on-the-job assembly (See our Installation Guide). Our full scribe style and spiral style stairs require assembly, but we supply instruction sheets with detailed directions of installation for each individual stairway. We offer installation services to complete our package, but basic knowledge of construction and fundamental tools are all that is required for re-assembly. We supply any required specialty tool to the builder or homeowner along with the hardware necessary. | ||
